About 4K IPTV Premium: 4K claims, with the conditions written next to them

4K IPTV Premium sells fixed-term IPTV plans online, independently, to households in the UK. Plans are paid once and expire on a date we put in writing. And when we mention 4K, we name the conditions alongside it, because that is how 4K behaves on a real television.

The business

Who runs 4K IPTV Premium

We are an independent business that trades online only. We are not linked to any broadcaster, television maker or app developer, and no page here should be taken to suggest a link with one.

The product is access: three details (username, password and server address) that open a list of more than 40,000 live channels and an on-demand catalogue of 120,000 titles in whichever player you prefer. The apps, sticks and boxes are other companies’ products; we neither make nor sell them.

The set-up is British throughout: pounds for prices, UK time for the guide, the British channel groups placed first, and support written in English.

There are no staff portraits, first names or customer tallies on this site. What we ask you to judge instead is checkable: the order steps, the six lines of the login message, and the reply you receive to a question asked before paying.

Our approach

Why every 4K claim here comes with its conditions

Plenty of adverts say « 4K on every channel », some even 8K. The accurate version takes more words, so here it is.

4K UHD means 3840 × 2160 pixels, four times the count of Full HD. A programme only arrives in 4K when it was made in 4K. The bulk of live channels come from HD or Full HD production; when a TV stretches them across a 4K panel, that is upscaling, and the extra detail is not there.

A genuine 4K source still needs everything downstream: roughly 25 Mb/s per screen that holds steady, hardware HEVC decoding in the device, HDMI 2.0 or later on port and cable, and a 4K screen. HDR also needs support in the source, the player and the TV. Remove any one link and the picture steps down without warning.

That is why no page here counts 4K channels or titles, mentions 8K as a feature, or claims that everything is 4K. We explain how to open the player’s info panel instead, so the screen itself tells you.

Promises

What the team will promise, and what it will not

Column one lists the commitments we put in writing. Column two lists claims we refuse to make, and column three is decided by your home rather than by us.

Promised in writing

  • A login message about 2 minutes after payment, day or night
  • The expiry date written in that message
  • One payment with nothing set to renew
  • Money back within 7 days if no login arrives, or no screen plays anything after we have helped
  • An honest answer before payment when a TV or line cannot do 4K

Claims we refuse to make

  • Every channel in 4K
  • A number of 4K channels or titles
  • Anything in 8K
  • Pause-free evenings, or an uptime percentage
  • Keeping your old login on a new order

Down to your home

  • Evening speed measured at the TV
  • Signal strength where the TV stands
  • A 4K screen, HDMI 2.0, HEVC decoding
  • A player app from another company
  • One household per plan

Ordering

Four steps from plan to picture

  1. Pick a plan

Its Buy button starts a WhatsApp chat with the chosen plan and price pre-filled. Email is fine too.

  2. Pay one time

A secure link takes you to the payment company’s page for card or PayPal. We never see the card.

  3. Get the login

Around 2 minutes after the bank approves, at any hour, by WhatsApp or email.

  4. Start watching

Enter the details in a player on each screen, alone or with the team guiding you.

There is nothing to sign up for and no card form on this site; payment is handled on the payment company’s own page.

Support

How support works

Both WhatsApp and email are monitored 24/7, and every answer is written in English by the same people, whether you are asking which plan to take, why the bank declined, why a login fails, why the picture is not 4K yet, or what to do as your expiry date approaches.

Before ordering, tell us the TV or stick model and the speed you measured on it; we will say whether 4K is realistic. If it is not, you hear that before we send any payment link.

When something breaks, a phone picture of the TV and the name of the app tell us more than a long description. We then fix it with you, on your device, one change at a time.

A few problems are out of our reach from a distance: a router at the opposite end of the house, a stick that lacks hardware HEVC decoding. In those cases we tell you so and suggest the least expensive fix we know. Our contact page lists what to include when you first write.

Guides

The guides, and why we write them

Most questions arrive before anyone orders, so the 4K IPTV guides take them one by one: Ultra HD, bitrate, bandwidth, the Firestick, Apple TV, Samsung TVs, boxes, player apps, M3U playlists and football nights.

Each was reviewed on 5 November 2026. The plans page compares the four plans, and the setup page is a step-by-step route from the login message to a verified 4K picture.

See the four plans, or ask us something first

One payment per plan, and the expiry date in writing. Ask anything before you decide, at any hour of the day.
