Data we need

To run a plan we need a way to reach you (a WhatsApp number or an email address), the plan you picked and its two dates, and a record of any messages about setup, picture or refunds. Card and PayPal payments are processed by a payment company that tells us only whether the payment cleared. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we need it

To deliver the login, to help with setup and picture questions, to send a receipt if asked and to process a refund. We do not sell, rent or lend any of it, and we do not send marketing.

Retention

Plan details: three years after the plan stops. Payment records: six years, because UK tax law asks for it.

Your requests

Ask contact@4kiptv-premium.co.uk for a copy, a correction or deletion; we answer within a month. If our answer does not settle it, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) can be contacted.
