Cancellation

What the law says

A distance purchase normally gives you fourteen days to cancel. With digital content delivered immediately, at your request and with your agreement that the right then lapses, the fourteen days stop when delivery starts. Every order here asks for the login straight away, so the right lapses when it is sent.

What we add

4K IPTV Premium still returns the payment, provided you write no later than day 7 after paying, if the login did not reach you or when no screen at home plays anything after our team has gone through the settings with you. Details on the refund page.
